ADHD lifestyle and physical health did

you know people with ADHD or really

anyone for that matter benefits from 60

Minutes of physical exercise a day

physical exercise is like a superfood

for your brain let's explore why

exercise increases the production of

neurotransmitters like dopamine and

serotonin chemicals in your brain that

are essential for focus and mood

regulation so if we are lacking those

chemicals what do you think would happen

mental health would decline lack of

sleep anxiety would be higher poor

choices start being made you start to

think you need medication when really if

you take care of your brain and your

body then it will take care of you it

also promotes the growth of new neurons

enhancing cognitive function regular

physical activity isn't just for Fitness

enthusiasts it's for everyone especially

those with hyperactive Tendencies

physical activity helps Channel excess

energy incorporate activities like yoga

or stretching to bring a sense of

calmness it enhances mood regulation

exercise releases endorphins the

feel-good hormones promoting emotional

well-being I encourage you in the

classroom or in the home setting to

incorporate more movement breakes or

outside time to help with all of this

now let's talk about incorporating

exercise into your daily routine find an

activity you enjoy whether it's dancing

cycling or playing a sport choose

something you love having fun makes it

easier to stick to your routine break it

down don't have a full hour break it

into smaller sessions throughout the day

even short bursts of activity count make

it a habit schedule your workouts like

any other important task the action will

create the habit and with consistency

will come clarity

that wraps up part one of our ADHD
