Okay, so far flowers and our brains need

the following to develop and grow

nutrition

activity and it doesn't hurt to have

some kindness

and positive energy around us

all of these things are absolutely

wonderful but will not work unless you

give your brain its rest and yes flowers

and plants sleep as well rest is so

unbelievably important

this is when the brain has a chance to

reorganize itself and make room for new

information and skills learned if sleep

doesn't happen or it's constantly

interrupted then it will be very

difficult to function as well as take

care of yourself and others

what does an appropriate sleep

environment look like

this might come shocking to you but no

electronics

I know this is the hardest one a lot of

people have TVs in their room but that

will disrupt your sleep

it's best to turn those Electronics off

at least one hour before bed but

preferably more

video games are extremely over

stimulating especially right before bed

I promise you will be a better video

game player if you turn it off before

bed meditate and allow your brain to

rest at night

your reflexes will improve your

problem-solving skills more intact it's

just an overall win-win I know it's hard

but you can do hard things remember it's

best to leave the bed sleep only no

reading or scrolling on your phone your

brain will go to bed a lot faster if it

Associates the bed to just sleep also it

takes like 20 days or something to

create a habit and that is not very long

so you really do have this

all of this will help you blossom into a

strong beautiful flower

now it's your time to grow
