this is letter F place the top teeth
over your bottom lip and say

place your tongue behind your teeth and

this sound actually gets air to go
through your nose close off your mouth
and say

like in mouse or monkey
this is letter N this one also has air
go through your nose
relax your mouth push the tip of your
tongue to the top of your mouth behind
your teeth and say

like in no or net
this is letter r
this one can be tricky because it can
kind of change sounds sometimes the most
success I have had with this sound is
first use the sides of your tongue to
press against your top back teeth
then you're going to push the back of
your tongue up and say
R says or like in rain or a rainbow
this is letter s touch your teeth
together and place your tongue right
behind them and say
s says
like in snake or snail
this is letter d
put your tongue behind your top teeth
and say de
e says D like in drum or dog
this is letter G this sound is in the
back of your throat you can put your
hand on your throat to feel it say
like goat or gum
this is letter t t says
we're going to place the tip of our
tongue to the top of our mouth right
behind our teeth and say
T says
like in turtle or thyme
this is letter p
we're going to put our lips together and
burst out some air
we're going to say p says
like popcorn or party
now we are going to move on to our
vowels
these can be tricky so let's practice
these a little differently
make sure to use the hand movements and
follow along with what I say to help
your brain make stronger connections
first we will say the short vowel sound
a word that matches its beginning sound
and then the letter name
